Polly Manning is a writer from Carmarthenshire, now based in Swansea. She writes short stories about the everyday lives of people in rural and de-industrialised parts of Wales. In 2021, she was the recipient of The White Pube Writers’ Grant, and in 2023/24 will be pursuing an MA in Creative Writing: Prose Fiction at the University of East Anglia.
