I was born in Barrow in Furness and grew up in England. I moved to Wales in 1991 while working as an archaeologist. I am a poet and novelist, and have self-published several collections of poetry. I deliver workshops on ekphrastic (image-inspired) poetry, writing haiku for non-poets, and working with characters.
