I am a storyteller, telling traditional tales in Welsh and English. I am very experienced and able to inspire other people to love storytelling.
I have published six collections of folktales in English, from Wales and beyond, with The History Press, and two collection of folktales in Welsh for learners, with Gwasg Carreg Gwalch.
I won Welsh Learner of theYear in the National Eisteddfod in 2019.
I’m a Panel member of Chwedl, a Wales-wide (and beyond) network of women with an interest in storytelling. Every other year, Chwedl awards the Gwobr Esyllt Prize to support a young bilingual woman storyteller from Wales.
I also support The Young Storytellers’ Festival of Wales, an annual event in Venue Cymru Llandudno, for young tellers between 7 and 25.
I founded Story Circle there, a monthly group for young tellers between 7 and 12.
