Katie Munnik is a Canadian poet and novelist living in Cardiff.
Her first book, The Pieces We Keep, is a collection of short fiction published by Wild Goose Publications. In 2017, she won the Borough Press Open Submission Contest, and her debut novel, The Heart Beats in Secret. was a USA Today Bestseller. Her second novel, The Aerialists, was a Waterstones Welsh Book of the Month in April 2023.
Her poetry, fiction, and creative non-fiction have been published in the UK, the USA and in Canada.
