For many years, Macmillan has supported members of the community in Llanrwst who have been affected by cancer and chronic conditions. Llên Pawb, through its partnership with the Macmillan charity, and their service at the Llanrwst Library, has delivered an eight-week project for members of the community in the area.
This poetry and artwork project was led by writer and theatrical and director Cefin Roberts and Art Therapist, Sian Hutchinson.
The result of the project, in the form of a piece of visual artwork will be displayed at the Llanrwst Library after the project has expired.
