Local Writing for Wellbeing
Storytelling is an important part of our lives. Whether keeping a diary, telling a friend about something that happened to us or appreciating a piece of poetry, it helps us connect to our local environment, each other and ourselves.
These six friendly, relaxed sessions will look at ways writing can help us tell our stories. We’ll look at writing our own stories, writing from objects, both personal and museum-based, from nature, the senses and much more.
Whether you’re new to writing or published, have a project you’re already working on or are facing a blank page, all are welcome.
