- Details about your experiences as a literary facilitator
- Information about the group(s) or individuals you would like to work with in the future and why
- Why you want to apply for this opportunity at this stage of your career as a facilitator.

What will happen next?
The assessment panel will select a shortlist, and Literature Wales will potentially invite those applicants to an interview on Zoom to discuss their application further.
The interview panel will include external experts in the field of health, well-being and/or education) and two staff members from Literature Wales.
All applicants will be informed of the decision by early September 2023.
