Whether it is your first, second or sixth baby, each child is unique and you as a mum are different too. With a young baby, you become a nurturer 24/7 but the hardest thing in life is to learn to nurture yourself. Creative writing can be a way of nurturing ‘you’ and pinning down your creativity, at this busy time.

he writing group for new mums will be a safe, supportive, accepting group. We will go at your pace, taking into account the tiredness, the hormones and the intense joy of new life making new friends along the way. Babies are welcome too. There will be arms to hold and words to behold, as well as much fun as we write together.
